Physical goods may be delivered by Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery may take between 2 and 35 days, depending on the delivery option. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly and we are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of athousandwords.gallery. As some of our works require a delivery quotation, you will be notified of the delivery cost, and then your transaction will be processed.
We reserve the right to amend any pricing displayed on this website at anytime, whether due to human error or pricing updates. If the pricing is changed or different from that displayed on the website for any reason, you will be contacted and have the opportunity to cancel your purchase.
We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time. If this occurs, you will be provided with a full refund.
