ARTIST BIO

John Palmer

Asked about his works, John said that “Having survived near starvation and a planned massacre by the Japanese in a Prisoner of war camp in the Philippines in my childhood, and later life tragedies, I only want to create light, happiness and whimsy in my art. In our troubled world, I want my art to uplift; to sooth or create hope; to celebrate and nurture the environment.

I want people never to get bored looking at my paintings, but to see something new each time.
